Alaska Aces On To The Next Round of QF!

Since they squandered their last 2 games that took them out in the top 2. That could have given them automatic semis. But anyway that was a thing of the past already...

Alaska is now on to the 2nd round of the quarterfinals after whipping NLEX Road Warriors, 78-82. 

Win Factors:

• They shut down The Ageless Rock -Asi chipped in 10pts 14rebs 4TOs. The impressive note was he only took 7 attempts in the whole game. That was a superb job by Thoss,Menk, and Manuel to limit Asi. Alaska had a +12 points in the paint, 24-36.

• Efficient Offense -They shot a magnificent 53% from the field! The main reason is they only took 10 treys,while in the elimination round they averaged 18.2 3point attempt per game! The shot selection were superb.

• Fresh Legs -They forced 9 steals because of their pressure full-court defense. No one played 30+ minutes in this game. They kept fresh legs to maintain the pressure defense. The bench were lead by Dondon(10pts) and Menk(8pts).

Extra Factors: 

• TDLC came out to play! lol. He chipped in 8pts(4/6FG) 5rebs   5asts and 1 steal! I can't believed it! Amazing! HAHA!
• Cyrus did play well too. Tallied 11pts on 5/10 shooting from the field. 50%!!! It's been awhile Cy. 

Off:

• Calvin Abueva had a rough night. Only 5pts 7rebs 7TOs. 7 turnovers again! *smh* That's very alarming. He should address his turnovers seriously.
